PULSE TCM was invited to deliver a 4-part corporate wellness series at Sentosa, addressing key pillars of health through a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach — empowering participants with practical tools for everyday well-being.

The series covered four essential topics:

Strengthening Immunity the TCM Way — building resilience through Qi, organ balance, and lifestyle habits
Natural Sleep Solutions — addressing insomnia and improving sleep quality through TCM principles
Digestive Health & Gut Balance — managing indigestion, bloating, and flatulence
Body Strength & Vitality — supporting energy levels and physical resilience

Each session combined education with practical, easy-to-apply strategies, including:

Acupressure techniques for immediate relief and daily self-care
Auricular therapy (ear seeding) to support sleep, stress, digestion, and overall balance
Dietary guidance, including foods to incorporate or avoid based on TCM principles
Herbal solutions, such as functional teas to support immunity, digestion, relaxation, and energy
