Refund & Exchange policy
For hygiene/ safety reasons, our products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we allow for requests to exchange or return products purchased within 7 business days of receiving the product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:
- the product delivered is not what you ordered;
- the product delivered is expired or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@pulsetcm.sg with your order number.
PULSE TCM Clinic will process your request within 7 business days upon receiving your request.
PULSE TCM Clinic reserves the right to deduct the cost of providing any collection service from the refund amount. Amount refunded will also take into consideration the total discounts given to the customer at the point of purchase.
PULSE TCM Clinic reserves the right to reject any requests for a return or exchange, and reserves the right to not provide a reason for the decision made.
