PULSE TCM was invited by Toyota Motor Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd to conduct a holistic wellness workshop focused on managing anxiety and emotional burnout through a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach.
The session introduced participants to the impact of chronic stress on both mind and body, from both modern and TCM perspectives, highlighting the role of organ balance, Qi flow, and emotional regulation.
Beyond the health talk, participants engaged in a series of hands-on wellness activities, including herbal scent pouch and soap making, as well as experiencing auricular therapy (ear seeding) for stress relief and better sleep. Gentle movement through Ba Duan Jin (Qi Gong) was also incorporated to promote relaxation and restore balance.
This workshop reflects our approach to corporate wellness — combining education, experience, and practical self-care tools to support emotional resilience in modern working environments.
