PULSE TCM was proud to be invited by GIC to deliver a specially curated Women’s Wellness Workshop, marking a meaningful milestone as one of the first TCM-led wellness sessions within the organisation.

Designed for the modern woman, this workshop explored how everyday stress, lifestyle demands, and hormonal fluctuations can disrupt internal balance — often presenting as fatigue, poor sleep, digestive issues, and emotional fluctuations. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), participants were introduced to the importance of Qi, Blood, and the harmony of the Liver, Spleen, and Kidney systems in supporting long-term vitality and women’s health.

The session moved beyond theory into practical self-care. Participants experienced a guided acupressure routine to support stress relief, hormonal balance, and circulation, alongside an introduction to auricular (ear) therapy, a gentle yet effective method recognised for regulating body functions such as sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being.

A highlight of the workshop was the interactive Herbal Tea Making experience, where participants crafted their own personalised blends using functional herbs to support specific needs such as relaxation, digestion, energy, and emotional balance — transforming TCM wisdom into a modern, daily wellness ritual.

This workshop reflects our philosophy of making TCM accessible, empowering women with simple, effective tools to restore balance, build resilience, and care for their health in a sustainable and meaningful way.
