PULSE TCM was invited by GIC to conduct a dedicated wellness workshop focused on supporting mothers and children through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with an emphasis on practical, nurturing self-care.
The session addressed common challenges faced during motherhood, including neck and shoulder tension, fatigue, sleep disruption, and emotional stress, while also covering children’s wellness concerns such as immunity, sinus congestion, and eye strain.
A key highlight of the workshop was the introduction of a guided Bojin (meridian therapy) self-care routine, where participants learned simple techniques along key facial and body points to promote circulation, relieve tension, and support overall well-being. The session also incorporated acupressure techniques and auricular therapy (ear seeding) for stress relief, better sleep, and emotional balance.
Designed to be both practical and meaningful, the workshop encouraged daily bonding rituals between mother and child, empowering participants with simple tools to support both their own health and their child’s development.
This workshop reflects our philosophy of care — transforming TCM into a gentle, accessible practice that supports families through every stage of life.
