How to locate the Acupoint:
When the fist is clenched, the point is located just below the tip of the middle finger, in between the second and third metacarpal bone.
Locate the point with your thumb and massage it in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes. You may also engage in deep breathing or listen to some calming music while doing this acupressure.
