How to locate the Acupoint:
It is located in the midpoint between the inner end of both eyebrows.

Steps:
After locating the point, use your thumb and hold it there for 5 seconds. You will feel a sense of calmness and sleepiness. Do gentle upwards strokes from the point to the front hairline. Repeat for 15 times.
