How to locate the Acupoint:​

On the wrist, at the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the writs, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon m. flexor carpi ulnaris. At the wrist crease, extending from the little finger to the depression at the base of the palm.


  1. Gently massage the point with your knuckle for 3-5 minutes, you should feel some slight soreness. Using the heel of your palm, gently rub 20-30 times in a circular motion before bed to help with insomnia. This helps to stimulate the heart meridian and calm the spirit.
