How to locate the Acupoint:
Situated at the centre of the chest and between the 2 nipples.
1. Using your thumb, massage the point in a circular motion while taking deep breaths.
2. You may also do downward vertical strokes from the chest to the belly button, using the palm of your hand.
3. Repeat this for 15 times or until you feel better.
