Managing Stress, Anxiety & Fatigue

Modern, fast-paced work environments often subject us to high levels of stress that directly impacts our health and wellbeing. The culmination of stress, along with our posture at work, ultimately manifests into the many ailments we face.

In this session, we will introduce these issues, and suggest strategies from a TCM perspective to cope with stress, as well as acupressure exercises to relieve common work-related pains.
