Organised by RQAM and PULSE TCM Clinic, Physician Ardy Quek talked about the common pain issues faced by white-collar workers. Office workers spend the majority of their work hours in sedentary behaviour, which commonly leads to pain or strain in certain areas of the body, such as the neck, shoulders and back. Physician Quek also talked about the different types of pain, ways to avoid them and what exercises could be done to provide quick relief.
