Do you constantly feel tired, or are you anaemic? Try out this easy to brew tea concoction to help nourish your blood. Ingredients
  • Longan (桂圆, Gui Yuan) 6g
  • Red Dates (红枣 , Hong Zao) 10g
Instructions
  1. Put both ingredients into a cup and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Let it simmer for 5-10 mins before consumption.
People with yang constitution (often thirsty and adverse to warm water) should avoid this recipe.
