Dry Eye Alleviation Tea

This tea concoction is suitable for brightening the eyes and reducing eye fatigue. It is especially beneficial for those who spend long hours on the computer or studying. Ingredients:
  • Chrysanthemum (菊花, Ju Hua) 6-10g
  • Wolfberries (枸杞子, Gou Qi Zi) 6-10g
  1. Put both ingredients into a cup and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Let it simmer for 5-10 mins before consumption.
This tea is suitable to all in general. However, as chrysanthemum is cool-natured, people who feel cold easily are not advised to drink it often.
