If you have trouble falling asleep, and often wake up between the times of 1 am to 3 am, try out this Mind Relaxing Tea recipe. Ingredients
  • Chrysanthemum Flowers (菊花, Ju Hua) 5g
  • Mulberry Leaf (桑叶, Sang Ye) 5g
  • Prunella Vulgaris (夏枯草, Xia Ku Cao) 5g
  1. Place the ingredients required in a cup.
  2. Add boiling water and let the ingredients steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Consume the beverage gradually throughout the day (add warm water as required).
