TCM for Immunity Boost & Vitality Support Programme

Strengthen Internal Defences. Combat Frequent Fatigue. Reclaim Your Resilience.

Feeling vulnerable to seasonal bugs, chronically fatigued, or recovering from a stubborn illness? PULSE TCM looks beyond superficial fixes to strengthen your core Wei Qi (Defensive Energy). By rectifying internal imbalances, our TCM enhance immunity programme delivers targeted, natural immune support to rebuild your protective barrier and restore your daily energy naturally.

How to boost your immune system naturally with TCM?

Conventional approaches often focus on fighting off pathogens after you fall ill. In contrast, our goal is to boost the immune system naturally with TCM by fortifying your Wei Qi (defensive energy) before illnesses can take root. When your Qi, Yin, and Yang are in perfect harmony, your body is naturally equipped to repel environmental stressors.

The Path to Stronger Immunity

Our programme is built on a core TCM principle: “Nourishing the Root to Restore Vitality.” Instead of just masking symptoms, our MOH-registered physicians identify your unique body constitution to fix the deep systemic imbalances causing your low resistance.

Rebuild Your Protective Shield

Clinical sessions that stimulate key meridian points to clear systemic exhaustion, reduce vulnerability to infections, and strengthen immunity with Chinese medicine.

Natural Immune Support

Targeted herbal remedies that resolve deep-seated Qi deficiencies and eliminate lingering post-viral dampness.

Physician-Led Recovery

Our Proactive TCM Approach to Immunity

Our physicians will recommend a personalised combination of the following therapies based on your unique body constitution:

Acupuncture

Stimulates targeted meridian points to regulate the nervous system, reduce internal inflammation, and effectively strengthen immunity with Chinese medicine.

PULSE TCM Moxibustion Therapy

Moxibustion

Applies deep-penetrating heat to warm your Yang energy, dispel internal cold, and serve as an ideal low resistance to infections remedy.

Therapeutic Cupping (Ba Guan)

Utilises localised suction to improve blood circulation, clear respiratory congestion, and provide immediate, natural immune support via TCM.

Gua Sha (Scraping)

Releases lingering pathogenic heat along the upper back to improve microcirculation and offer natural relief for seasonal allergies.

Herbal Prescriptions

Custom-blended prescriptions to replenish depleted Qi reserves and support your long-term post-illness recovery TCM programme.

Your Immunity Roadmap

Building long-term resistance is a journey of consistency. Here is what you can expect across your treatment phases:

Phase 01

Foundation

This initial phase focuses on identifying your unique body constitution and addressing immediate vulnerabilities. By combining targeted acupuncture with safety-regulated herbs, we work to lower acute internal inflammation and reset your baseline defences.

Phase 02

Once your baseline defences are stabilised, Phase 02 deepens the treatment to boost your immune system naturally with TCM. We focus heavily on optimising Lung and Spleen functions to clear lingering post-viral brain fog and build active, long-lasting energy.

Phase 03

The final phase is designed to protect and lock in your health gains. Your physician will shift your treatments toward preventive care, ensuring your body maintains a high resistance to infections year-round.

Note on Personalised Care: The recovery roadmap outlined above serves as a general guide. Because every individual’s body constitution and lifestyle factors are unique, the exact number of sessions, treatment frequency, and progress speed will be dynamically customised by your attending physician following your initial clinical assessment.

The PULSE proactive approach to Immunity

We decode your body’s unique internal signals to rebuild lasting vitality and resistance from the inside out.

ADD-ON
Personalised Herbal Medication

Custom prescriptions of safety-regulated herbs to nourish vital organs, clear lingering post-viral dampness, and extend your treatment benefits.

NOTE: Our programme complements, rather than replaces, conventional Western medical care. For acute emergencies, please seek immediate conventional medical attention. Our registered physicians will refer you to Western healthcare providers whenever necessary.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this programme suitable for?

This programme is ideal for individuals with low resistance to infections, frequent colds or flus, persistent daytime lethargy, or those needing natural support to clear lingering post-viral fatigue and brain fog.

Can TCM help if I frequently catch colds from my office air-conditioning?

Yes. This usually points to a deficiency in your Wei Qi (defensive energy). Our treatments focus on warming your meridians and building up this protective barrier so your body adapts better to temperature shifts.

How long does the programme take, and how many sessions will I need?

The programme runs across our three strategic phases: Foundation, Vitality, and Maintenance. Most patients undergo an initial block of 6 to 8 sessions across the first two stages to stabilise their immunity. However, because everyone’s recovery speed is different depending on your unique body constitution, your physician will tailor the timeline to you. Once your system is strong, we recommend moving into the Maintenance phase with 1 session a month to prevent future relapses.

Are the treatments in this programme safe and regulated?

Fully. All treatments are conducted by MOH-registered physicians in accordance with TCMPB guidelines. We exclusively use single-use, sterile, disposable acupuncture needles and safety-regulated herbal medicine.

Can this programme help with seasonal allergies, asthma, or sinus issues?

Yes. By rebalancing your Lung and Spleen networks, targeted acupuncture and bespoke herbal formulas work together to lower hypersensitivity and reduce your body’s reactivity to environmental triggers.

Can I go ahead with acupuncture or cupping if I am currently running a fever?

If you have an active high fever or an acute contagious infection, we recommend consulting our physicians first. In many cases, herbal medication is preferred during the acute stage, while acupuncture is introduced as you stabilise.

Will this programme interfere with my Western supplements or medications?

Not at all. Our physicians are trained to ensure your TCM plan safely complements your current health routine. We simply advise a 2-hour gap between taking Western medicine/supplements and your TCM herbs.
