FAQs

Quick questions

Who is this porridge for?

It matches low supply with tender, bloated breasts, emotional strain, irritability, or a heaty feel: the Liver Qi stagnation cluster. Soft breast with fatigue leans the Qi-Blood pot instead.

Why include Bupleurum (柴胡)?

In kitchen TCM, a small amount of 柴胡 is used with Astragalus and 通草 when the aim is to help stuck Liver Qi move so milk can flow. Stay at food amounts; do not self-dose stronger decoctions from a label alone.
