What personal data does PULSE collect?

We may collect personal data such as your name and identification details, contact information, nationality and date of birth, medical history, photographs, and other information you provide. This notice explains what we collect and why.

How do I withdraw consent?

You may withdraw consent in writing or by email to our Data Protection Officer. After we receive your request, we may require reasonable time depending on the complexity and impact on our relationship. In general, we aim to process requests within fifteen (15) business days.

How can I access or correct my data?

You may request access to a copy of the personal data we hold, or request correction to update your personal data, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We respond as soon as reasonably possible and, where we cannot comply, we explain the reasons.

Does PULSE share my data with third parties?

We may disclose personal data where required to provide goods and services, and to third-party service providers, agents, and other organisations we engage to perform functions on our behalf. We disclose for notified purposes under the PDPA.
