Chronic pain
Back, neck, shoulder, and joint aches that keep returning.
Physician-led TCM
Book a consult for desk aches, training injuries, or post-surgical discomfort. Your physician confirms the plan before treatment.
In brief
PULSE is a book-first entry for physician-led TCM pain and injury care in Singapore. A typical visit is consultation plus one tailored modality such as acupuncture, tuina, or cupping. Sessions start from $60 (GST applies; herbs are separate). For pathway depth, see the Pain & Injuries programme.
Who this suits
Start here if one of these sounds familiar. Pathway detail lives on the Pain & Injuries programme.
Back, neck, shoulder, and joint aches that keep returning.
Sprains, strains, tendonitis, and overload from training.
Support to ease discomfort and rebuild mobility as healing progresses.
Your visit
One clear loop. No fixed package until your physician has read the pattern.
Comfortable clothes you can adjust; we can provide a gown if needed.
History, pulse and tongue, and a plain-language read of what is driving the pain.
One chosen modality when suitable; herbs only if prescribed and charged separately.
Modalities
Not every visit uses every tool. Your physician chooses what fits.
Fine needles at selected points to ease local tension and address the pattern behind the pain.
Hands-on TCM bodywork to release tight tissue and support soft-tissue recovery after strain.
Cupping or gua sha when your physician judges stagnation or muscle tightness will respond.
Session pricing
The floor covers a physician consult and one treatment modality when that is the plan your physician confirms. Exact fees follow what you need that day.
This is an entry price cue, not a time-limited promo code. Pathway packages and specialised care are explained on the Pain & Injuries programme.

FAQs
Practical notes before you book. Your physician still confirms the plan in clinic.
Wear comfortable clothing that can be adjusted easily, and remove accessories. We can provide a change of gown if needed.
During your initial consultation, your TCM physician takes a detailed health history and assesses your symptoms. They discuss treatment options and create a personalised plan for your pain or injury.
Each visit usually takes about 30–60 minutes. A session includes detailed consultation and treatment.
Most TCM treatments feel soothing and comfortable. With acupuncture you may feel a slight prick or tingling; discomfort is usually minimal. If you have concerns, tell your physician before and during treatment so they can adjust. Most people return to usual activity without significant downtime.
Session count varies with the type and severity of your pain, and how your body responds. Some people notice relief after 1 or 2 sessions; chronic patterns often need a longer course. Your physician reviews progress as you go.
Sessions start from $60 for a physician consult plus one treatment modality when that is the confirmed plan. GST applies. Herbal medication, if prescribed, is charged separately. Multi-modality or longer visits cost more. Book a consultation to confirm a plan for your concern.
