安眠 · Peaceful Sleep sits just under the earlobe on either side. A classic home press when thin sleep and a busy mind sit together.
In brief
An Mian (安眠, EX-HN20) sits on either side of the neck, a little under the earlobe. Place a fingertip behind the lobe, then settle just under it where the tissue feels tender. Massage kindly for about two minutes. This traditional insomnia point may also ease anxiety, headache, or dizziness that travel with unsettled sleep. Stop if pressure turns sharp.
Point guide
Turn the head slightly away. Place a fingertip behind the earlobe, then move a little under the lobe into the soft hollow. Either side works.
Massage An Mian with kind fingertip pressure for about two minutes. A dull, slight soreness is common. Keep the press gentle near the neck.
Ease off if the press feels sharp, numb, or wrong, or if you feel light-headed. Mild ache that eases on release is common; sharp pain is a stop signal.
Try today Locate An Mian behind either earlobe and massage kindly for two minutes.
