Blanch 500 g pork bone, then simmer with two slices of ginger, 15 g Huang Qi, and 15 g Bai Zhu in about five cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer about 30 minutes. Recipe
Blanch the pork bone in boiling water, then rinse.
Add blanched pork bone, ginger, Huang Qi, and Bai Zhu to a pot. Fill with about five cups of water.
Bring to a boil on high heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Bring the soup back to a boil. Add goji berries and salt to taste. Serve warm.
