Soft tonifying strokes on the forearm, thumb, ring finger, pinky, palm, and ST36 when fatigue lingers after a viral illness. Soft pressure only.
In brief
A paediatric Tuina set for lingering post-viral fatigue: push San Guan on the radial forearm, tonify Pi Jing on the thumb tip-to-root, tonify Fei Jing on the ring finger tip-to-root, tonify Shen Jing on the pinky root-to-tip, circle Nei Ba Gua on the palm, and knead Zu San Li (ST36). For spinal nie ji, use the dedicated nie ji Bite. Counts are educational; clinic demonstration first.
Routine
Gently stroke the radial forearm from the wrist crease toward the elbow crease about 100–500 times (推三关).
