In brief

A paediatric Tuina set for lingering post-viral fatigue: push San Guan on the radial forearm, tonify Pi Jing on the thumb tip-to-root, tonify Fei Jing on the ring finger tip-to-root, tonify Shen Jing on the pinky root-to-tip, circle Nei Ba Gua on the palm, and knead Zu San Li (ST36). For spinal nie ji, use the dedicated nie ji Bite. Counts are educational; clinic demonstration first.

FAQs

Quick questions

Where is nie ji in this routine?

Spinal skin-rolling ships as its own Bite so the grip stays accurate. Use that page after a physician has shown nie ji.

When does this tonifying set fit?

When fatigue lingers after a viral illness and heat signs have settled. Active high fever usually needs a different clearing set.
