Jing Ming (BL1 / UB1) at the inner eye corner, Yong Quan (KD1) on the sole, and Feng Chi (GB20) with a short flick. Soft locate-and-press when healthy Qi feels spent for a day or two after a jab.
In brief
Mild tiredness for a day or two after vaccination often tracks a short Qi drain while healthy Qi meets a surface heat challenge. Soft-press Jing Ming (睛明, BL1) in the depression slightly above the inner canthus, and Yong Quan (涌泉, KD1) in the sole hollow when the toes curl, for three to five minutes each side. Flick Feng Chi (风池, GB20) about twenty times when you need a quick lift. Soft pressure only around the eye. Seek care if fatigue lasts beyond a few days or stacks with red-flag symptoms.
Routine
Close the eyes. Find the depression slightly above the inner corner of each eye, beside the bridge of the nose. Soft fingertip pressure for three to five minutes. Often used to promote local circulation around the eye area when fatigue sits with a dull, drained feel. Never press into the eyeball.
Curl the toes. The point lies in the depression on the sole about one-third of the way from the toes toward the heel. Press with a finger or a soft massage ball for three to five minutes. In TCM this point tonifies Kidney Qi and supports primordial Qi (元气) when energy runs thin.
Interlock the hands behind the head and find the nape hollows with the thumbs. Instead of a long circle, flick each Feng Chi about twenty times when you need a short energy lift. Keep the motion kind. Watch the short flick demo if the motion is unclear.
Ease off if the press turns sharp, the lids swell, or numbness spreads. Seek urgent help for fainting, severe breathlessness, chest pain, or fatigue with neurological red flags.
Try today Soft-press Jing Ming and Yong Quan three to five minutes, then flick Feng Chi about twenty times when post-jab fatigue sits.
