Ze Xie, Cang Zhu, Bai Zhu, and Fu Ling tea

Ze Xie (泽泻), Bai Zhu (白术), Cang Zhu (苍术), and Fu Ling (茯苓) form a classic damp-transforming kitchen steep when phlegm-damp sits with sluggish sitting habits.

In brief

Place 5 g Ze Xie, 5 g Bai Zhu, 5 g Cang Zhu, and 5 g Fu Ling in a tea bag. Add boiling water and steep 5–10 minutes. Drink about two to three times a week. This cup helps clear phlegm-damp. It is food therapy, not a weight-loss cure.

  • Ze Xie, Bai Zhu, Cang Zhu, and Fu Ling 5 g each. Steep 5–10 minutes.

FAQs

Quick questions

How is this different from the cassia hawthorn tea?

This cup targets phlegm-damp with Ze Xie, Bai Zhu, Cang Zhu, and Fu Ling. The cassia-hawthorn steep adds fried cassia and hawthorn for Spleen-Stomach support with a cooler sour edge.

How often should I drink it?

About two to three times a week is the educational habit. It is not an all-day slim-down sip.

Can children drink this tea?

The source notes suitability for all ages when the formula fits, at the same two-to-three-times-a-week rhythm. Ask a physician for young children or if digestion is fragile.
