Nei Guan (PC6) settles nausea and chest tightness, Zu San Li (ST36) supports Spleen and Stomach, and Zhong Wan (CV12) sits over the stomach centre. Gentle circles when the upper belly feels full.
In brief
Three points often used for indigestion self-care: PC6 on the inner forearm two cun above the wrist crease, ST36 below the outer knee, and CV12 on the midline between the sternum and navel. Circle each kindly for one to two minutes, once or twice a day, or when fullness returns.
Routine
On the inner forearm, about two thumb-widths (two cun) above the wrist crease, between the two tendons. Circle gently for one to two minutes. PC6 is often used for nausea, chest tightness, and stress that hits the gut.
On the outer lower leg, about four finger-widths below the bottom of the kneecap, one finger-width from the shin bone edge. Circle each side for one to two minutes. ST36 supports Spleen and Stomach qi.
On the midline of the abdomen, halfway between the base of the sternum and the navel. Circle gently for one to two minutes. Skip strong pressure over pain, scars, or a very full stomach right after a huge meal.

FAQs
Start with PC6 when nausea or stress sits with the fullness. Add ST36 for weak appetite and fatigue, and CV12 when the stomach centre feels stuck.
Once or twice a day is a common educational habit, or briefly when symptoms flare. Keep the press kind. Book if indigestion keeps returning.
