Si Feng (四缝, EX-UE10) on the finger creases, Xia Wan (下脘, CV10) above the navel, and Zu San Li (足三里, ST36) below the outer knee. Gentle press when bloating and undigested stools follow a heavy meal.
In brief
Three points often used after overeating: Si Feng on the midpoints of the proximal finger creases of the index to little fingers, Xia Wan on the midline about three finger-widths above the navel, and Zu San Li four finger-widths below the outer kneecap beside the shin. Massage each kindly when bloating or food accumulation sits after a heavy meal.
Routine
On the palm side, at the midpoint of the proximal interphalangeal crease of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers. Massage all four points. Si Feng is a classical set when food sits undigested.
On the anterior midline of the upper abdomen, about 2 cun (three finger widths) above the umbilicus. Circle gently. Soft pressure only on a very full stomach; skip over pain or scars.
About four finger-widths below the outer dent of the kneecap, one finger width from the shinbone edge. Circle each side for one to two minutes. ST36 supports Spleen and Stomach qi.

That set uses Nei Guan, Zu San Li, and Zhong Wan for upper-belly fullness. This festive set keeps ST36 and swaps in Si Feng plus Xia Wan (CV10) instead of CV12.
Once or twice a day, or briefly when fullness returns, is a common educational habit. Keep the press kind. Book if indigestion keeps returning.
